A milling and paving project gets underway tomorrow in Indiana Borough.
Milling will begin on Philadelphia Street from 9th Street to East Pike Road and on Carter Avenue to Philadelphia Street , with patching and paving to follow. Also, work will begin on Rose Street from Wayne Avenue to Oakland Avenue on August 4th, continuing through August 15th.
Work will be done during the nighttime, between 8 PM and 6 AM, weather permitting. There will be single lane restrictions in place using flaggers to control traffic.
It’s part of a $3.1 million project that also includes Americans with Disabilities Act ramps and additional work on Route 119, with completion due by the end of October.
