Frederick “Fred” G. Kuzemchak Sr., 73 of Clymer, PA., passed away on Friday, July 18, 2025.
He was the son of George and Wilma (Dugan) Kuzemchak, born March 11, 1952, in Indiana, PA.
Fred was one of the founding members of Christ Our Savior Orthodox Church of Indiana where he currently served as President. After retirement, Fred enjoyed spending his time with his wife, children, grandkids, and family. He loved helping at the family farm and seeing his grandkids at many of their activities. Fred passed away doing what he loved, farming and will be deeply missed.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Donna L. (Edwards) Kuzemchak, three children, Fred Kuzemchak Jr. and wife Jennifer, Jennifer Sleppy and husband Andrew, Rebecca Nickerson and husband Daniel, six grandchildren, Dylan, Jillian, Abagail Cupp and husband David, Brock, Landen and Bryce, two sisters, Connie Patterson and husband Glenn, Cheryl Repik and husband Mike, two brothers, Ted Kuzemchak and wife Nancy, Ed Kuzemchak and wife April, and many nieces and nephews.
Fred was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Cindy Colbert.
Family and friends will be received on Wednesday, July 23, 2025, from 2-4 and 6-8 pm with a Parastas at 7 pm at the McCabe~Roof Funeral Home, 565 Franklin St., Clymer, PA. Additional visitation will be on Thursday from 9 am to 10 am at Christ Our Savior Orthodox Church, Indiana, with his Funeral Service being celebrated at 10 am with the Very Rev. Mitred Arch Priest, George Mitchell. Interment will be made in the church cemetery.
