A woman from Irwin is scheduled to have a preliminary hearing for a DUI-controlled substance case from last February.
Indiana Borough Police charged 34-year-old Amanda Lynn Delsignore in relation to a traffic stop on February 2nd. When officers pulled her over, they found her under the influence to the point where she was a danger to herself and others. A consent search of her vehicle turned up an unnamed controlled substance and items of drug paraphernalia.
She faces five counts of DUI and single counts of possession of a controlled substance and of drug paraphernalia, driving on a suspended license, and several summary traffic-related counts.
