Patricia I. Henry, 86 of Black Lick, PA, passed away on Wednesday, August 6, 2025 at Lynn Haven Personal Care Home, Black Lick, PA. She was born June 1, 1939 in Indiana, PA, the daughter of the late Sam McAdams Sr. and Evabell (Swasy) McAdams. She retired from Indiana Regional Medical Center as a CNA. Patricia enjoyed the outdoors on her porch swing, spending time with all of her grandchildren and going to country music shows.
She is survived by her son, Gary Henry & wife, Michelle, Black Lick, PA; daughter, Jamie Wagner & husband, Thomas, Black Lick, PA; son, James Henry, Jr., Black Lick, PA; grandchildren: Jeremy Paulson & wife, Amber, Brian Paulson & wife, Gabrielle, Tera Paulson, Tommy Wagner, Laura Rowley, Ayden Henry, Shauna Long & husband, Ron, Cassie Douglas & Rebecca Rowley; several great grandchildren; siblings: Sam McAdams & wife, Janice, Helen Hill and Delores Resides; favorite cousin, Cherri McAdams and also numerous Nieces & Nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Janice Myers; brother, Robert McAdams and grandson, Shawn Michael Henry.
In keeping with Patricia’s wishes, there will be no visitation. A private service will be held. Interment will be held in the Mt. Tabor Cemetery, Blairsville, Pennsylvania. The family would like to send a special thanks to the staff of Lynn Haven and 365 Hospice for the great care given to Patricia.
