BOYS GOLF
Indiana High’s boys golf team opened its season with a 23-stroke non-section loss to Fox Chapel at the Pittsburgh Field Club. Austin Schawl led Indiana with a one-over 37, highlighted by an eagle-3 on the par five fifth. Chace Force shot 39. Drew Brocious, Beau Raykes, Ryan Bell and Will Steve all shot 42.
Indiana’s first section match is today at the Indiana Country Club against Hempfield.
GIRLS GOLF
Indiana’s girls golf team was on the Country Club course for their first match yesterday, falling to Latrobe by thirteen strokes. Liliana Manzi led Indiana with a 55, and Julia Antonacci a stroke back at 56.
Indiana will host Fox Chapel today.
