Meanwhile, with a hole in their rotation, the Bucs still have not promoted Bubba Chandler, their top pitching prospect and a former MLB Pipeline overall number one. Chandler tells The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette that he’s frustrated with being stuck in Indianapolis watching lower-rated prospects get promoted ahead of him. Even though he’s struggled lately, he says he is ready and he knows he can help the Pirates.
