A Blairsville man was arrested on Saturday on charges of criminal trespass and criminal mischief.
Blairsville Borough Police say they were sent to the 200 block of South East Lane for an incident on August 16th shortly after 10:30 PM. A witness showed them a video of Stile attempting to break into the home. He was taken into custody and while he was at the police station, officers said he broke a chair.
Stile was arraigned in front of District Judge Susanne Steffee. He is now in Indiana County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bond. On top of the two aforementioned charges, he was also accused of possession of an instrument of crime and a second criminal mischief charge for the broken chair.
