Police in Indiana Borough charged an Indiana man with simple assault, harassment and public intoxication for an incident last week.
Officers were sent out on August 13th to a home in the 1500 block of Water Street for a domestic disturbance. When they arrived, they spoke with the suspect, identified as 34-year-old Adam Foreman and a woman who was not named in the report. Police say that Foreman was the aggressor in the incident and caused significant injury to the woman. He was taken into custody and placed in Indiana County Jail to await arraignment. A criminal complaint was filed with District Judge Robert Bell’s office.
