Kirk suspect feared being shot by police and agreed to peaceful surrender, official says

Tyler Robinson, the man accused of killing conservative activist Charlie Kirk, knew he was going to get caught and asked for a “peaceful, gentle, comfortable transition,” an official said. The official added Robinson feared law enforcement would shoot him. CBS News’ Carter Evans reports.
