Areawide rainfall has ended with only scattered showers remaining. Large swaths of the region saw at least 2 inches of needed rainfall from this event and there were even isolated pockets of higher amounts. Areas directly south and east of Pittsburgh saw the least, with the lowest estimates close to just half an inch. Rainfall chances move southward and fall across the region as we head into the weekend.
