Indiana-based S&T Bancorp has announced that CEO Todd Brice will retire. He will remain CEO until March 31, 2021.
Brice has spent nearly 35 years with S&T and S&T Bank, including over 10 years as the CEO of the company. He said that one of the biggest changes that he’s seen is his time in the banking industry has been the use of technology.
During his time, S&T Bank has grown to have branch locations across Pennsylvania and into Ohio and New York, and has assets of over $9 billion.
Brice will not be leaving the company completely. He will stay on for the next three years as a consultant providing special advisory services to S&T and S&T Bank, including providing support and advice to the next CEO and assisting with special projects. The search for S&T ‘s next CEO will start immediately.
