First responders had a relatively quiet day on Monday, with only a few calls for service.
The first was a reported carbon monoxide alarm activation on South 6th Street in Indiana Borough at 12:44 in the morning. Indiana fire department and borough police responded.
The other two calls were listed as “miscellaneous”. The first was reported at 4:13 pm on 4th Street in Ernest Borough. Creekside and Indiana firefighters were dispatched. The second came at 8:44 pm on Tipperary Road in Pine Township. Pine and Nicktown fire departments were dispatched to assist EMS.
