The Indiana County NAACP is getting ready to host its 38th annual Freedom Fund Banquet and Awards Program on November 14th.
The program is scheduled to run from 5:30 to 8:30 that night at the Indiana Country Club. The program will feature the distribution of awards for community service and guest speaker Josh Taylor, news anchor and reporter with KDKA-TV in Pittsburgh. Music will be provided by the Indiana High School Bass Choir.
Tickets are $60 per person, and $80 if you want to become a member of the NAACP, and $25 for kids between 4 and 18. Attendees are also asked to bring a non-perishable food item to donate to a local food bank. For more information, check out the event on Eventbrite.
