Zamias Services, Inc., a commercial real estate agency in Cambria County, announced today that the Indiana Mall is in transition with its bank lender so the lender can assume ownership of the mall property.
The process with the bank, which was not named in the announcement, is being described as a “friendly transition” and one that was expected as Zamias has been working with the lender during the process.
While there is new ownership at the Indiana Mall, mall patrons will not see any changes in operations and all stores and tenants will remain open as usual.
