Running back Alvin Kamara made history last night tallying six rushing touchdowns as the New Orleans Saints clinched the NFC South with a 52-33 win over the Minnesota Vikings.
Kamara’s sixth score tied the most rushing touchdowns in a single game all-time record, and was last reached by the late Gale Sayers during his rookie season with the Chicago Bears in 1965.
For Minnesota, Kirk Cousins completed 27 passes off 41 attempts for 291 yards and three touchdowns. Running back Dalvin Cook tallied a rushing touchdown, but was held to 73 yards on the ground.
