No one was hurt as a shed caught fire this morning in Brush Valley Township.
Indiana County 911 reported the fire at 8:28 this morning. Brush Valley and Homer City Fire Departments were summoned at that time to the shed on Round Top Road. The shed and its contents were completely destroyed by the fire.
Brush Valley Fire Chief Dick Altemus said that the fire started as water was being heated in the shed.
Crews were able to keep the fire from spreading to a nearby house.
