From Pennsylvania State Police
Troopers today at approximately 3:41 p.m. responded to the parking lot of Indiana Regional Medical Center, 835 Hospital Road, White Township, Indiana County for a report of an armed, suicidal man in a vehicle.
Upon Troopers’ arrival, the man was immediately located in the vehicle and was quickly taken into custody. A firearm was also recovered from the vehicle.
The man remains in Pennsylvania State Police custody and there is no ongoing threat to the community.
Troopers would like to thank Indiana Regional Medical Center administrators and staff members for their cooperation during this incident.
