Indiana County Senior Judge William Martin held sentencing hearings for three individuals picked up by state police for being involved in a cocaine distribution ring in 2019.
50-year-old Tres Lawer of Indiana, 57-year-old Glenn Watkins of Clymer and 28-year-old Zachary Davis of Graceton faced charges connected with an investigation that started in January of 2018 that resulted in an undercover drug purchase at a bar/restaurant in White Township.
Lawer pleaded guilty to five counts of possession with intent to deliver in one case from February of 2019 and delivery in a case from January of 2019. He was ordered to serve up to a day less than two years in state prison and three years of probation for the possession cases and up to a day less than two years for the delivery cases. Those sentences will run concurrently.
Watkins was sentenced to 18 months to five years in state prison for criminal conspiracy to deliver, while Davis was sentenced to six to 23 months in state prison for a charge of possession with intent to deliver.
