Tuesday night, the White Township Planning Commission tabled the plans for a final major subdivision on Rustic Lodge Road.
The proposed Rustic Ridge development would contain 30 ranch-style structures, its own road and cul-de-sac, and would be situated in the 600 block of Rustic Lodge Road. Township Manager Chris Anderson said that the plan was tabled as there were several issues that needed to be resolved before it is approved aside from stormwater issues that were previously discussed.
The commission approved a subdivision for the former Rustic Lodge property on Oakland Avenue. This will separate the future site of Chick-Fil-A from the rest of the property.
