Indiana Borough police reported a hit and run that happened last week.
According to police reports, the accident happened last Sunday in the 400 block of Philadelphia Street. After investigating, the run driver was found to be 25-year-old Seth Farabaugh of Indiana. A criminal complaint was filed through District Judge Anthony Sottile’s office, charging Farabaugh with damage to attended vehicles or property.
