State Representatives from Westmoreland County and other local officials will discuss a proposal to improve some processes at a state hospital.
The proposal specifically aims to improve the release and supervision process of people discharged from Torrance State Hospital’s Sexual Responsibility and Treatment Program.
Those who will join the discussion include Representatives Eric Nelson, Eric Davanzo, Leslie Rossi, Abby Major, Jill Cooper and Brian Rasel, the Westmoreland County Board of Commissioners, Westmoreland County District Attorney Nicole Ziccarelli, and representatives with the Westmoreland County Department of Human Services Behavioral Health and Developmental Services.
The meeting will be held today at 1 p.m. at Twin Lakes County Park, pavilion nine in Greensburg.
