METALLICA SCHOLARS INITIATIVE EXPANDS TO 93 SCHOOLS FOR EIGHT YEARS

Metallica are adding 18 schools to their Metallica Scholars Initiative.

For year eight, they’re launching the initiative’s largest grant to date, with over three-point-three-million-dollars. With the new schools, the MSI roster now has 93 community colleges across the U.S. on its list. Fifteen of the new schools will receive 75-thousand-dollars to exchange the student experience within career and technical educational programs, while three others will receive 50-thousand-dollars for new equipment.

MSI was launched in 2019 and began with ten schools.
