The Pennsylvania High School Softball Coaches Association has named its 2026 All-State teams, and the 2A team includes two seniors of the West Shamokin Wolves.
Cameron Vandervort made first-team catcher. Vandervort led the Wolves with a .625 batting average, a .786 slugging percentage and a .707 on-base percentage.
Leah Mondi was named a second-team pitcher. Mondi held the opposition down with a 0.84 ERA. She struck out 166 batters in winning 20 games for the Wolves. Mondi also led the team with three home runs.
Also making the 2A team was Mikaila Ditty of Apollo-Ridge as a first-team utility player.
In the 1A classification:
- Rylee Mahaffey of Purchase Line was named a second-team pitcher
- Khylee Beer of Homer-Center and Megan Bilak of Conemaugh Valley were named second-team catchers
- Kaitlyn Houser of Purchase Line was named a second-team shortstop
- Leah Nelson of Purchase Line was named a second-team outfielder
- Reese Pinnizotto of Portage Area was named a second-team utility player
In the 3A classification:
- Elyse Witcoski of Ligonier Valley was named a first-team catcher
- Marlee Miller of Ligonier Valley was named a second-team shortstop
In the 4A classification:
- Brinley Hallman of Punxsutawney was named a second-team utility player
