Purchase Line officials are warning district parents about a possible case of measles reported in the district.
A letter from Superintendent Patricia Berezansky said the district was recently notified by public health officials about a confirmed case of measles from a private school student that shared a bus with Purchase Line students. The district has already directly notified the parents of the students on that bus and say that if you did not receive a call, the child was not impacted by the exposure. They are also following all health department guidance and protocols, and any quarantines or health restrictions for exposed students have been ordered directly.
School remains open and under normal schedules for all vaccinated students and those not directly exposed.
