Indiana Borough Police are investigating a theft that happened at a convenience store in the downtown Indiana area.
Police say that they were called out at 3:00 PM on September 19th for a reported theft at the Choice convenience store. Store officials said that money was taken and their security systems caught the theft on tape. Video showed John Loughry Jr. sneaking behind the counter while the clerk was distracted and taking money that was left on the counter.
A criminal complaint has been filed at District Judge Guy Haberl’s office.
