Two Indiana residents are in the Indiana County Jail with preliminary hearings scheduled for Tuesday morning after they were taken into custody at a hotel along Wayne Avenue on March 9th.
State police do not say what led them to obtain two search warrants but on execution of the warrants, they found heroin, methamphetamine, marijuana, packing material, and a large amount of drug paraphernalia in a hotel room occupied by 37-year-old Kimberly Caylor and 51-year-old James Emerson.
Caylor is charged with three felony counts, two for possession with intent to deliver and one for criminal use of a communication facility; plus two misdemeanors, for possession of a controlled substance and of drug paraphernalia. Emerson is charged with the same three felonies plus possession of marijuana and of drug paraphernalia.
Both Caylor and Emerson are being held at the jail with bond set at $150,000 for each. Both defendants have multiple cases, including several still active, in the county court system.
