INDIANA BOROUGH POLICE
Indiana Borough Police are investigating a recent hit-and-run crash at the Indiana Borough Parking Garage along Water Street. Police say this happened between April 1st and 4th when someone struck a guardrail at the facility. Anyone with information is asked to call police at 724-349-2121.
A McIntyre man was charged by Indiana Borough Police with public drunkenness in an incident last Thursday night. Police say that at 10:20 PM, officers were summoned to the 1300 block of Oakland Avenue for a report of an intoxicated man screaming. Officers identified the man as Nicholas Lentz and determined he was intoxicated to the point that he was a danger to himself and others. He was taken into custody, issued a non-traffic citation, and released to a sober adult.
