The Penns Manor Comets and Northern Cambria Colts kept their records unblemished with victories over Homer-Center and Purchase Line, respectively, in Heritage Conference action on Friday night, while Indiana overcame a six-point halftime deficit to defeat Shady Side Academy in a WPIAL game.

Northern Cambria, also 2-0 going into Friday’s action, held just a 13-6 lead over Purchase Line at halftime, but scored 20 unanswered points in the second half for a 33-6 victory.
In other action, Portage beat Marion Center, 42-26, West Shamokin defeated United Valley, 14-12, and Cambria Heights handed River Valley its third loss, 35-14.
