The long-awaited Panera/Applebee’s property was discussed once again last night at the White Township Planning Commission Meeting.
The final minor subdivision for the site across from Aldi on Oakland Avenue was reapproved by a unanimous vote by the Planning Commission. Township Manager Chris Anderson explained that developers had 90 days from when the plans were originally approved to submit them to the county.
In other business a final minor subdivision was approved for the Indiana mall to consolidate the lots on its property. Approval was granted pending a final review of easements and agreements.
