The 107th Pennsylvania Farm Show will start this weekend.
The farm show, billed as the largest indoor agricultural exposition under one roof in the nation, offers visitors a look at the state’s farming industry. This year’s theme, “Rooted in Progress”, celebrates the history of farming in the state, along with the roots that tie the state’s residents together.
Activities are scheduled for today through Saturday, January 14th at the farm show complex in Harrisburg. Among the new activities this year include a new contest to allow businesses to market their products directly to consumers in three divisions: Market Website, Market Advertising Brochure and Market Social Media Presence. Also new this year is the chance to interact with farm animals in a peaceful exercise with Goat Yoga.
