This past Saturday evening around seven o’clock, Pennsylvania State Police from Punxsutawney attempted to conduct a traffic stop on a Polaris Ranger on South Main Street in Cherry Tree Borough; however, the driver failed to stop.
Authorities say they obtained identifying information about the UTV and were able to ID the operator.
That investigation continues.
