An Inmate at SCI Pine Grove is facing charges of harassment of a prison official for an incident at the prison.
State Police say that Derrick Gibson, a 54-year-old currently lodged at SCI Pine Grove, is charged with throwing an unknown liquid at a corrections officer while the officer was performing his duties.
Gibson has faced similar charges for incidents that go back to 2021 when he was accused of similar crimes at a different correctional facility.
