A Creekside man was involved in a hit-and-run crash that happened in Manor Township, Armstrong County.
State police say the crash happened at 5:06 AM on April 21st at the start of an exit ramp from Route 422 East in the area of Graff Bridge going to Route 66 South. 23-year-old Jacob Lawson was going East on 422 in the construction zone when he hit a traffic sign on the left side of the road upon exiting the off-ramp. The vehicle eventually hit an impact attenuator with its left and front sides. The car continued along the concrete barrier on the left side of the road before coming to a complete stop. Lawson fled the scene before state police arrived.
He is charged with accidents involving damage to unattended vehicles or property.
