US News and World Report magazine has released its 2024 Best Colleges rankings, and IUP was ranked highly in several categories.
In the overall list, IUP is in a tie for 320th in the nation and 172nd in the top public schools listing. The school also ranked 228th in nursing and 301st in Top Performers on Social Mobility, which is based on successful retention and graduation rates of economically disadvantaged students and Pell Grant recipients.
In the online programs category, IUP ranked 27th in best online master’s in criminal justice program, 124th in online master’s in nursing program, and 151st in online master’s in education programs.
