Plea hearings are scheduled for today for two cases making their way through the Indiana County Court System today.
28-year-old Brandon Paul Restauri of Hooversville in Somerset County is charged with homicide by vehicle, two counts of careless driving and other summary crimes for an incident on July 26th of 2020. Jury selection was scheduled for next week.
Also on the docket today is Michael McKendrick, who is charged with DUI-controlled substance, drug and paraphernalia and other drug- and traffic-related crimes for an incident on September 2nd.
