Elton John says he’s hopeful science will one day help him get back his full vision.
In an interview with Variety, the Rock and Roll Hall of Famer said he lost vision in his right eye and his left eye’s not so good after getting an eye infection last year. He said there is hope and he just has to be patient. John said he’s still able to perform and he gets messages of support from fellow music icons like Paul McCartney, Pete Townshend and Mick Jagger.
It was announced Tuesday that John will headline Brazil’s Rock in Rio music festival next September.
